Service name

"Language API" is the product name under which Baduno GmbH operates the machine translation interface available at langapi.xyz and api.langapi.xyz. It is not a separate legal entity.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution has been discontinued. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability in that respect is possible only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Once we do, we remove the content in question without delay.

Liability for links

Our pages contain links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence, so we cannot accept liability for that content.
